Here's to the new year!

So today marks the end of 2008. What a year!! My baby girl turned 1 and my new baby was born :) It's been a banner year!!

I am so happy and in love and so happy!!

A new year is for making resolutions and I would like to change a few things.

I would like to eat at home more often.
I would like to put some money away for emergencies.
I would like to pay off our debt.
I would like to keep in touch with friends better.
I would like to be a better mom to my kids.

I am hoping to maintain a crockpot portion of this blog on a daily basis. I followed another mom's year of crockpottin' and I would love to do something similar. So hopefully that will help keep me in line with eating at home.

I am looking to take a few kids in at the house to babysit to make some money. That will hopefully help with 2 and 3 on the list.

I want to maintain this blog, and hopefully all my friends and family will be able to keep up with me here, even if I can't see them all as much as I would like.

And I want to try and play more with the kids and make better food for them and spend more quality time learning with them.

We will see how I do with everything. LOL
